Community Improvement Plan (CIP) Program Application

The Town of Bracebridge has a series of financial programs available with a combination of grants and loans designed to leverage private sector investment to stimulate development and redevelopment. For information on CIP programs, eligiblity, and guidelines, visit bracebridge.ca/CIP.

Applicants may be approved for up to two programs per year. Separate applications must be submitted for each program (eg. if you are applying for a Building Improvement Grant and a Property Improvement Grant, you will need to complete this application form twice). Once received, Economic Development staff will review your application and contact you regarding next steps. Please note that the project work cannot commence until after your application has been formally approved.
